15 minutes prep.
1 small butternut squash, peeled and cut into
½ inch cubes
1 Tbs. butter
½ Tbs. milk
Pumpkin seeds for garnish
Place butternut squash in the Fasta Pasta.
Add water to level 3.
Cook 12- 13 minutes.
Drain.
Add butter and milk; mash to desired consistency.
