For picnics or parties...this salad is always a hit.
3 cups tri-color spiral pasta
1 tsp. salt
½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
3 scallions
½ cup black olives, sliced
½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup Italian dressing
1 cup cheese cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Place pasta and salt in Fasta Pasta.
Add water to Level 4.
Cook 10 minutes. Stir; cook 7 minutes.
Meanwhile:
Cut artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.
Cut scallions into ½ inch pieces.
Combine all ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Back to the Pasta:
Remove pasta from microwave; rinse and drain.
Combine pasta with remaining ingredients.
Serve warm or chilled.
